The Most Delicious Morning Health-Boosting Elixir of All Time

I just made the most delicious morning health-boosting elixir of all time. And the kids love it.

Here are the key ingredients. Iterate from there to find your favorite mix.

  • 8-12oz Raw milk
  • 4-6oz Organic OJ (or more milk - this gives it a creamsicle flavor)
  • 3-5 raw egg yolks (or more)
  • 1-2 TBSP yogurt
  • Scoop Wild Collagen and/or Wild Whey and/or Wild Colostrum
  • Xylitol and/or raw honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of Wild Pink salt

Blend. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness (more liquid to thin out).

Enjoy.

If you want to go more the smoothie route, add frozen fruit. My favorites are organic frozen bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
