Wild Recipe: Iced Matcha
Ingredients
- 2 rounded tablespoons Wild MCT Oil
- 1 tsp Wild Matcha
- 2 tsp granulated sweetener
- 8 ounces cold water
- 2 tbsp. Wild Collagen Peptides (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Combine the MCT, Matcha, sweetener, and cold water in a blender.
- Blend until frothy.
- Lower the speed and add in the collagen until just combined.
- Pour over ice, enjoy!
