WILD PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unrefined coconut oil
- 1⁄2 cup Wild Cocotropic Superfood Elixir
- 2 tsp Wild Vanilla Powder or vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup peanut or almond butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Start by lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners or parchment paper.
- Mix the coconut oil, Wild Cocotropic Superfood Elixir, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat.
- Pour 1 tbsp of cocoa sauce into the lined muffin tins.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Top each with 1 tsp of peanut or almond butter.
- Pour the remaining cocoa sauce over the top of each peanut butter cup and freeze until cocoa hardens.
