Three Essential Health Habits Each Day
We believe these three things should be embedded into your daily routine and assist you in reaching whatever your goals may be, much faster!
1. Get outside, and in direct sunlight, for 30-min a day at the LEAST
2. While outside, get around and do some movement. Take a walk, do a workout. Whatever you want, just be sure to move
3. Prepare your meals at home from scratch with REAL Food. Try not to eat at restaurants as much or eat out of a package.
If we can do these three things each day, we would feel so much better, and we would be able to bring down the vulnerability to the modern diseases (heart disease, cancer).
