The Wild Newsletter – Quotes, Facts, New Podcast, Vids, and More

Dear Wildling,

There are 86,400 seconds in a day.

Good chunks are for sleep, household stuff, eating, showering, etc.

Some are for relaxing and resting.

The rest are there to be used or wasted. You can invest them in building the future you want or spend them on something.

Most people misspend them. Or worse, they let other people spend their time with them.

We would never let someone steal our things, yet we gladly let them steal our time and attention.

I hope you take advantage of every second of this unique gift we call life!

Yours in Health,

Health Tip Of The Week: Feeling a bit bloated? Drink more water.

The more water you drink, the more water and waste products your body will flush out. So while it may sound a bit counter-intuitive to drink more if you’re feeling bloated, drinking enough water helps keep your digestive system moving, prevents constipation, and keeps you hydrated.

When you’re dehydrated, your body clings to the water it does have, causing you to puff up. So sip on some water throughout your day to help reduce the gas that can cause you to feel bloated.
