Humans of Tomorrow Decided by the Healthy Minded of Today
There is no morality in nature. Something Darwin figured out a long time ago.
In 500 years, if we can solve the health and nutrition problem through science, we will still have lost billions of humans to our current epoch of industrialized food, artificial environments, rampant pharmaceutical use, the toxicity of water, soil, and air, to name a few environmental pressures evermore wreaking havoc on our species.
The humans today who can control what they do—and eat—in our modern world will be the evolutionary winners, passing along their more adapted genes to the next generation. Those genes will continue to perpetuate into the future, better adapting each generation to our modern world of food ubiquity.
The genes housed in the humans failing the evolutionary battle against the environment will eventually die off.
This is Mother Nature. It’s not fair. It sucks. And hopefully, we can save as many people as possible by arming them with information that empowers them to change their habits and, thus, prospects.
Please make no mistake about it: every year that you don’t consider your health is one step closer to an early grave and a likely shorter life for your children.
The decisions you make every day affect your future. Examples of an early grave include Eating sugar and refined and processed foods. Drinking alcohol regularly—and all that goes with that, like eating poorly. Spending time whining, complaining, and otherwise being negative will contribute to worse health, both mental and physical. On and on I could go.
Today is the best time to change things. Make a few changes every week for the better, and eventually, you’ll reverse the trend of devolution.
Then help someone else reverse the trend. Because honestly, we are FUCKED if we keep this up. The human species is destroying the planet and ourselves. And unless we can get more humans on board, we will all go extinct.
