DO NOT Snack during Weight Loss

First step into fat loss or any weight loss: do not snack. Snacking will not help you lose the fat/weight you are looking to lose before the summer hits. Our bodies are biologically programmed to store the calories we eat for energy so we can use them later. The more you snack, the more energy you store. The problem is we never use all that energy because we constantly storing it the more we snack.

We recommend Intermittent Fasting, and only eating a few larger meals a day! We have tons of other videos about intermittent fasting and why we believe it is the most beneficial for everyone!

Basically, intermittent fasting is eating only between a certain window (say 3-10pm) and only during that window. This allows your body to go into ketosis. When in ketosis, you are taking the energy that you stored earlier, and actually using that to burn fats.
